A 60-year-old gentleman presented with Jaundice. He was investigated which showed a localized Tumor in the head of the pancreas. He was then referred to us For evaluation and management ( HPB and Liver Transplant surgeon). We did an EUS with biopsy which slowed a cancer of the pancreas. The PET scan did not show any other metastasis. He underwent a Whipples procedure (Pancreaticoduodenectomy. The postop course was uneventful with no evidence of pancreatic or biliary leak. The patient was started on a diet on Postop day 5. He tolerated it well without any major issues. He was discharged on PoD 11
